Returns
For all return requests, please submit a claim by contacting us. Claims must be filed within [15] FIFTEEN calendar days from the delivery date. For items that the carrier identifies as lost, damaged in transit, or returned to sender, claims must be filed within [20] TWENTY calendar days from the shipment confirmation date. We will offer a replacement or refund for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect in type or quantity, expired, lost in transit, or returned to sender.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
